New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) has been named Best International Real Estate Agency Worldwide at the International Property Awards.

The awards took place in London at The Savoy, with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty named top in their category as The Best International Real Estate Agency Worldwide (5-20 offices).
NZSIR also scooped the same award in the Asia Pacific Region. NZSIR Managing Director Mark Harris says the awards are an outstanding achievement for the Queenstown-based company, which has 15 offices located around New Zealand.
“NZSIR is the highest achieving affiliate in the Asia Pacific Region, and this international accolade really cements our position as one of the most influential real estate brands in this part of the world,” Harris says.
The NZSIR Tauranga business was launched in November of 2018 and has grown quickly in its first year. Sales associate Jeremy Pryor achieved the largest sale during the year for $11 million.
With the current team, the reach of the agency covers all of the Bay of Plenty region and beyond with the latest listing in Matamata. “NZSIR is growing at such a rapid pace which is creating a high demand outside of our usual sphere of property listings, it just shows what property owners want in a real estate company,” says Duncan.
